About 14.5 million low-income earners will be eligible for benefits under the new round of the state welfare card scheme, the Finance Ministry said on Monday.
Holders of the state welfare card can get 10 free condoms per week at health clinics and hospitals under the National Health Security Office (NHSO) from February 1, after they register via the Pao Tang application.
